Tim plays a larger role in the overall success than people realize.

Tim has done his best to fill an enormous pair of shoes. He has done well and I wish him the best in the rest of his life.

I worked at an Apple Store for seven years and I can tell you they don't care about us. When the sales at our store weren't great, they closed the store and fired us all as opposed to relocating us to more profitable stores.

Tim has always taken time to make sure his direct reports are content. I've always valued that about him.

Tim doesn't get enough credit for keeping Apple's culture of quality intact at this scale. He genuinely cares about getting it right.

Tim runs an incredibly disciplined company. Not a visionary in the Steve Jobs mold but the operational excellence is unmatched.
