He lost the plot around 2022. Spent years before that building internal goodwill and trust just to melt it all away. Turned MSFT into an AI cult where anyone not gargling the KoolAid was eliminated. Loved to wear the mantle of job creator and talk about how MSFT cares about the communities where they employee people, then started masturbating furiously once he got the cover to fire thousands of people.
