Good person, he is one of the better of the many CXOs that are destroying the company. In fact he would make a good CEO for NSD

David is being setup to fail by a CEO who is more interested in his own personal image than the company he was hired to run. Such a terrible CEO should be stopped immediately

Worked for David in a former company. He is an outstanding leader and a gentleman. The company he is at, based on reviews, is h o r r i b l e. Talked to a former peer that worked there and the stories I heard were horrible. David cannot let the current company define his legacy.

Only the members of the Csuite that come from Rich’s previous companies “succeed”. He brings his own people. David has the vision of a global leader and thinks differently. He is not afraid to challenge the status quo and, because he does that, he is not accepted by his colleagues. He is excluded from important discussions and is being set up for failure. I wish him success as he deserves it. I left because of others but would work for him in any other company.

Cancels every meeting. Doesn't give clear guidance. Clearly in over his head.
