Terrible human being. Prioritizes profit over families losing their companies.

Jeff is a smart person, but has lost all credibility in NSD. Not a person you could trust to lead the most critical part of the business.

The board needs to look into his background. The CEO needs to conduct round tables to get feedback on Jeff. He gossips about everyone, he is disrespectful towards his staff, and yells at people. Complaints have been raised to Wanda Lopez, the head of HR, but she gossips with him so no actions are taken. He does not follow protocols. And he is only employed because his brother used to be the CEO and he is in the circle of friends of the founder of the company. He could not work elsewhere as a COO.

It's a surprise that he still has a job. All he does is gossip all day and abuse his team so he can tell the CEO he is fixing the problems he created himelf

This person is intelligent, but they are the epitome of a poor leader. The toxic traits on display are constant: micromanaging, unrealistic demands, zero autonomy, vague expectations, little to no useful feedback, public criticism, taking credit for others’ work, shifting blame, playing favorites, and lack of direction. It feels like being in a washing machine. It’s exhausting and explains why so many talented people have left. If you can’t lead, that’s one thing—but stop pretending you’re a great leader of people.
