Happy he is gone

This guy was a CPO because of who he knew and not because of what he knows. Poor judgment. He simply did was Rich wanted him to do. The best example I can give was that he promoted two people when they are both incompetent.

He should have fired Wanda, that was his biggest mistake. No coming back from being that stupid!

Even know he left the company Months ago just a warning out there to other companies that may be thinking about hiring this person as there CPO or what ever other title he may carry or they come up with if it is a true title. He completely destroyed the culture and team building that the company had. He would surround himself with people that would do his bidding for him and nobody could stand up to him. His departure that he ran unfortunately for those people who were under him lost all say and became his yes men and women. The title he had as CPO in no way defined the person or the leadership he brought to the company which was nothing but negative. Like I said he brought nothing but fear, depression and unwillingness to listen to anyone about anything and if CPO meant, Chief People Offer that title in no way defined the person he was and the lack of leadership he brought to the company at his time there, just a for warning.

How is he "Chief People Officer" when he doesn't care about the people? The irony in the name is ridiculous. He only cares about Rich.

Please just go. Everything got worse when he got here. He does whatever will make Rich happy. No backbone.
