Christopher Lefebvre, ISI's CEO, is a Marine Corps Veteran of campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan. He spent his early career learning what operational excellence actually requires: clear accountability, disciplined execution, and people who are prepared before they need to be. That experience shapes how ISI is built and how it hires. Veterans are a deliberate priority, not a marketing position. He brought that framework into federal contracting and built ISI around it. Today, ISI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering construction management, program support, and professional services to federal agencies across the country.
