Immature little man who can't relate to anyone

This guy is such a clown

This place used to feel like a family. Since he took over, it feels like a miserable corporate grind. Everyone in the office looks miserable. And everyone on the road feels like a number. Benefits were cut, and are now more expensive. Annual raises have been several months late ever since he took over. Your treated like a number, by a guy who refuses to interact with us. Just locks himself in his upstairs office and hurries you away if you try and talk to him. I have worked here many years, and ran into him at a Wegmans, and he had no clue who I was. Such a shame.

Time to make a change

I ran into this guy at an industry conference in (CA) the west coast, beginning of 2026. I spent a while talking to him about his business, and, all I can say is wow. The entire time, all he talked about was how poor the talent pool was in western NY, how annoying his customers are, and how much better of a life he deserved. The guy tried to use his damage ratio to keep our conversation going. I can't imagine working with this guy, or his company. Especially after all he did was belittle his employees.

Dude is a jerk, who sits in his office all day and trickles down stupid orders. If you try and approach him he will make up an excuse to be busy.

Bright kid, however, has no business running a company, or leading others. Only cares about his ownership stake in the company. Expect to be lied to your face to appease your concern, then have no action taken. When you request followup, you will be black-listed. Extremely emotionally immature, does not know how to address problems head on, or how to clearly state an objective. Very cheap when it comes to salaries, and raises. Constantly has the "make a deal" mindset. Talks negatively about every employee within the company, makes very petty, horrendous comments about nearly everyone in his path. Imagine the MAGA version of Michael Scott, without the care for those working under him. Talks openly about his distain for his wife, her actions, and her desire to pursue a career. According to him, she belongs at home raising his kids. Will absolutely take advantage of any person, situation, or opportunity. To the core, a very, very disgraceful "leader."
