This man has zero empathic behaviors. A poor reputation in the industry. The only ones who stick around to work for him are either lazy, jaded, or afraid.

This person is an actual diagnosed narcissist. I worked under him for several years. He has a "build them up/knock them down" domestic abuser mentality. He is very sneaky and is the type of person that will smile in your face and then stab you in the back. It's shameful that his parents left this business to him. His head of operations is one of the most smooth-brained people I've ever met in my entire life. The entire office is baffled by his trust in her and he seems to be the only one blind to the situation. The whole place is bizarre and elementary.
