He’s so out of touch. Some people got left out of the yearly bonus despite the lab preaching “one team” and Mitch Kennedy told them if they didn’t like it they should quit. This dude doesn’t know whether to scratch his watch or wind his ass. It’s really embarrassing to watch him speak and he seems to think he knows what he’s doing
