Leadership feels disconnected from the reality employees deal with every day. Alex Taylor talks heavily about culture and collaboration, but decisions consistently prioritize optics and cost-cutting over employee wellbeing, leaving teams burned out, understaffed, and frustrated. The constant shifting priorities and lack of accountability from senior leadership have made it difficult to trust the direction of the company.
