Hands off owner and CEO who lets his executive staff run wild treating the 100 person office like a popularity contest. We burn through new people that are fired to cover for the C-suite mistakes while the CEO and President just comes in unkemp twice a week. I'm told he didn't used to be like this, but he's let this organization fall to utter ruin.
