Horrible communicator that can barely string together a complete sentence. Had no idea how to run a business review when I reported to him. Nicknamed “Dean A%#hole” for being such a great guy. Not respected by direct reports but well regarded by Moynihan as a loyalist. Part of Fleet’s “Boston Mafia” crew. Thinks very highly of himself.
