Donald (Don) Byrd

He does not have the skills, vision or strategy to be a CEO. The company has been in a downward spiral since he was put in. Guareentee he still gets his multi six figure bonus every year while the company fires thousands of employees.

He was elevated to his position after the 3 previous CEOs left. He doesn't understand the business or how to generate revenue. Tires are like air, a global necessity. He can't turn a profit selling a ubiquitous product. Poor speaker, alienates half his audience when he starts talking in depth football analogies, he is a poor presenter in general, doesn't look the part.

Don does not have the capability to run a department let alone a company. Under his poor leadership TBC has reduced headcount by thousands of employees and he continues to lose money with a strategy that changes every 6 months he is unfit for leadership as are the people around him. The company had been in a downward spiral since he took over 3 years ago.
