This woman is horrible. She sows fear to be a dominatrix. Everyone hates her and nobody trusts her. She clawed her way to the top by sucking up to the CEO. There’s a wide perception that she’s a sadist who enjoys humiliating employees.

JAMS is the corporate plantation and Liz is its most vicious overseer. If you’re not one of her suck ups, your job has the life span of a house fly. She reminds me of the meanest girl in high school. Thanks to Liz, JAMS NY is a pit of vipers.

She reminds me of a Midwest National Socialist. A blood and soil fascist.

Everybody hates this Machiavellian tyrant.

Liz has an Aryan superiority complex. The whole region is terrified of this hyper competitive Amazon. She represents the worst of cut throat Corporate America, having not a scintilla of empathy for anyone not deemed her favorite. Promoting her spies and suck ups is her game, and a mean girl attitude towards everyone else. I avoid this ice Queen in droves.

Liz is by far the worst manager I’ve ever experienced. She creates around herself a cult of personality, expects humiliating deference from subordinates, insists on “winning” all the time and expects you to read her mind instead of providing clear direction. The entire region fears her arbitrary and capricious decision making, which is mostly centered on creating fear and rewarding her spies. Add to this a patronizing attitude of pure hubris and snooty exclusion and you get a good idea of Liz’s meanness and toxicity. Liz is truly the scourge of the JAMS c-suite.
