Her demeanor towards the CFO is despicable. And she is always blaming the previous CFO and her predecessor. She is very insecure and has the need to point fingers on people that are no longer there. It will come back to haunt her.

Made up job title so she would stay !

Smart but will throw you under the bus, back up, and run over you. After being hired by the CFO, demonstrated not being trustworthy by speaking poorly about him. Finally got promoted to CAO and now is just waiting for him to get fired. She has brought several of her directs to the company and one of them, is the definition of clueless. It does not matter how smart she can be if she cannot be trusted. And by joining forces with the wrong members of the Csuite we can see she is just on the wrong path.
