Jim Rutkowski and the HR team. Her name is Catherine, dont care about anybody. ISM does not give raises nor do they care. They will lie to you in your interview to get you to take a pay cut. Jim is an owner and he is moodier than a teen girl going through puberty. Dont ever work there
